We believe in families and encourage everyone to participate in the treatment when appropriate. When medication is warranted, the least amount of medication possible is utilized to stabilize clients but especially children. Individual therapy is strongly encouraged but not mandated in order to receive treatment. We will also accept patients for medication management who have therapists elsewhere (we do NOT require you to leave your therapist for one of ours---pt comfort/trust is important in mental health).
