As a therapist, I come from a place of compassion and
empathy. Together with my clients, we identify what is getting in the way of
achieving a healthy, happy lifestyle and what changes could be made in order to
achieve it. Clients will adopt new coping skills based on their beliefs and
values in order to improve overall functioning and quality of life.
My areas of expertise are anxiety, anger management, grief,
parenting, life transitions, relationship counseling & over-eating. I use
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, and aspects of
Dialectal Behavioral Therapy in my work among many other approaches.
